Hospitality	All club members by sign up. Duties: Meeting room set-up & take down (flag, podium, name tags or any special needs request). Materials are kept in the buffet drawers in the meeting room. Serve as door greeter and liaison between members and restaurant serving staff to be sure that everyone has a seat, drink and that they have received their food. Ensure the door is kept closed once the meeting has been called to order.
